Furthermore we can care for LGBT while providing preventative medicine in both PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis), and PEP (Post-Exposure Prophylaxis) care. We are also family medicine (Pediatrics to Geriatrics) trained, and have worked with a vast population in managing their chronic care diseases at an affordable cost, i.e., Hypertension, Type I and Type II Diabetes, Elevated Cholesterol, Migraines, Urinary Tract Infections, Musculoskeletal Disorders, and common everyday complaints. Nory Mwangi, FNP-C, is a nationally certified family nurse practitioner specializing in family practice, wound care, and Infectious diseases. He is passionate about treating an array of acute and chronic medical conditions and has extensive experience treating diabetes, cholesterol, hypertension, HIV, wound care, an range of infections, and mental health. He has worked in various settings, including inpatient, outpatient, home health, and skilled nursing facilities. He can understand your medical needs regardless of your setting. When he’s not in the healthcare setting, Nory, is an avid outdoor enthusiast. He finds solace in activities such as hiking, coaching soccer, running, biking, and hiking, which not only keep him physically active but also rejuvenate his mind.
